About the service
DPF cleaning is a chemical flush carried out through the filter's existing inlet and outlet ports. We introduce a cleaning agent that breaks down the soot and ash built up inside, then run a controlled sequence to work it through the substrate and flush it out. The filter never comes off the vehicle. Cheshire has a mix of commuter cars doing short school runs and motorway journeys, plus a good number of vans and pickups working farms and building sites, and both patterns cause the same problem: a filter that never gets hot enough for long enough to regenerate on its own.
